Justin assists customers with insurance programs that best suit their needs including, fully insured and self-funded arrangements, and consulting agreements. He has demonstrated his ability to successfully lower the cost while increasing employee access to healthcare by specializing in performance based health plans. Justin has the honor of being selected among the first 150 people admitted to the Health Rosetta Certified Benefit Advisor program, and the only one from the greater Chattanooga area. Some of the practices employed by Health Rosetta advisors include: transparent pharmacy benefits, direct primary care, and cost-containment programs, said officials.
Justin resides on Signal Mtn with his wife Carey and four children Ellison, Oliver, Augusta and Sullivan.
