Keith attended the University of the South, Sewanee where he captained the soccer team. Since coming to BIA, he has worked in sales of both commercial and personal insurance, shifting to a focus on the growth and development of the personal lines division in 2016. Keith served on the board of the Lookout Mountain Golf Club, acting as the Vice President, as well as volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and the Chattanooga Humane Society.

Keith lives on Lookout Mountain with his wife, Mary, and their two children, Emma and Matthew.
